I developed these virtual corporate cooking experiences after spending 10+ years working in STEM and experiencing gender inequities and micro-cultures in corporate cultures and the power an inclusive STEM culture has on innovation, collaboration, and company growth.
Now, I leverage my understanding of STEM culture and food and cooking expertise to help leaders build inclusive teams and close the gender gap.
I hold a M.S. degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse.
